Export band compositions

Virtual rasters

We are working with Virtual Rasters. Virtual Rasters allow us to work with several rasters at once, by creating a group of them.

To export a Sentinel-2 image to a RGB TIF, for example, we can do it in two steps:

• create a virtual raster with the 3 bands we want
• Use QGIS Rasters → Conversion → Translate
